No Return Policy
All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered and accepted by the customer.
Due to the nature of furniture products, custom manufacturing, and logistics handling, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after dispatch.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong product different from your order
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order Number
- Unboxing Video
- Product Photos
- Packaging Photos
Without an unboxing video, damage claims may not be accepted.
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of damaged parts
- Repair service
- Product replacement (if applicable)
The decision will be made after inspection by our support team.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production or dispatch.
Once the product has been dispatched, no cancellation request will be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- Product is unavailable after payment.
- Order cannot be fulfilled by our company.
- Duplicate payment received.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Custom-Made Products
Customized, made-to-order, personalized, or specially manufactured products are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
